There is something about the month of February that makes me want to pull out some of my skirts and dresses from storage; it may have something to do with all the pink and red, glittery hearts you see plastered all over windows and displays. Whatever it is, it's got me feeling a little bit more girly and feminine these days. Lately, I have been fawning over the maxi skirt.
